So long as you have money. That’s a very important qualifier here.

In the past, I too have worked as a public defender.

I know they are in-line with Obama’s guidelines. But that doesn’t mean those guidelines are constitutional. The Note that is above address this.

That is true, generally speaking. However, aren’t the guidelines followed by the University here part of Title IX funding and/or tied to other federal funding (Student Loans, etc.), like, if these aren’t followed, they would lose that money?

We’re talking torts here, don’t be that guy...remember, “liable”, not “guilty”...

And if you write that in your final this semester, you’ll get extra points! Good luck!

Hey man, you gotta get those issue spotting points...it was an assault first, and THEN a battery.... should we do an IRAC exercise?

Oh, great....here come the plane people...

Go Tigers!

Because farm subsidies aren’t socialism, they’re a way of life!

Why wouldn’t I want to take time out of my schedule to build houses for the disadvantaged both here and in other countries. I’ve built houses for habitat in the southeastern United States, eastern Canada (primarily pei, but a few times in Nova Scotia), and in the northeast United States. I’ve also sponsored builds in

So plumbing, toilets, tvs, and smartphones are all the result of the market rather than government regulations.

You want the market to correct things. Fine, so long as the market looks down the line than rather at immediate profits. The average CEO tenure is 8 years. Do you think a CEO is going to look that far into the future at the expense of immediate profits? Especially when the competition is making money now?

Didn’t say I was the first, but I’m also not naive enough to think that the market will do what’s best for people rather than what’s best for the planet. Reagan’s policies failed brother, it’s ok, so long as you learn from it.

It reminded me of game 3 of the AlCS in ‘04, just not the same outcome!

So...what you’re saying is that things will trickle down?

Not during games 5 and 6.

I dunno, college gameday is pretty awesome, but I also graduated from Clemson in ‘03

Good point, but I think that goes to Cora not Evaldi (which my phone autocorrected to “evildoers”). Evaldi still took the loss for giving up the dinger to Muncy, and the Dodgers pitchers pitched just as well against a more potent offense  in that game.

Thank you
