@LokeSTL: I agree, I don't really like real-time battles because I prefer to take my time and play it like a chess match. RTB makes it more chaotic and ultimately not as satisfying for me.

Oh I've been wanting a sequel to this criminally underrated game ever since I finished it! And being done potentially by Bethesda, no less? Too much to hope for!

@Salen: An Equilibrium reference? Huzzah! I now know 3 people who have seen that awesome movie other than me. :) I wish I had the game now so I could make a Christian Bale character. I'd make his tagline "Fuck you lighting guy! Get out of the fucking shot!"

@Paradox me: I'm 27, and while I don't feel like I've "outgrown" games (because I still love them), I find I have a lot less time to play them because of work and social activities, etc. Funny thing is I still buy games at the rate I used to, so I have several games sitting unplayed on the shelf. :( I did, however,

I love the idea of this "Hindsight" feature, I hope it continues. I've played so many games that didn't get much recognition because of bugs or broken parts or it just was looked over, but parts of it were amazing.

@gifurocks: Perhaps they paid for exclusivity precisely BECAUSE it was crappier. If they saw it and knew no one would buy their version if given a choice, maybe it was worth it to be the only game in town for a little while. That's just speculation of course, but it sounds like something a monolithic company might

@IRHari: Yeah that made sense to me. I had enough trouble dying in firefights that got out of hand playing on Normal mode, so I know that trying it on Crushing wouldn't even be fun, to me at least. I'm about to finish Arkham Asylum right now, and man, that's a game that does stealth right. There are still times

I was really disappointed that they gave you stealth mechanics and trophies (I didn't buy the game until a couple months ago) but then made it almost impossible to play stealthily. I, for one, love sneaking around everyone and taking them out one by one, so it was a shame that there always seemed to be guys facing

@Yossarian: No replies on here yet for this splendid Minority Report reference? Well fine, I'll be proud to be the first.

@Crashproof: That was the Pointer Sisters? Thank you, sir or madam, for increasing my stockpile of Useless Information I'll Never Need, Ever, But I Think Is Kinda Neat. :D

@Tarthus: Man just thinking of that song makes me want to start headbanging at my work desk.

@TitillatedOcelot: "Then they should be using other engines. Seriously, if they can't release a game with at least a comparable level of quality, don't bother."

@excel_excel: But not too big of a part, in my opinion. I love Ratchet & Clank for the excellent platforming, hilarious writing and fun & inventive weapons, not to be hung up on some super hard time-manipulation puzzle halfway through. And from all I've read on this game there are some concerns that having 4 recorded

@Evdor: ...BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Kudos, sir. I fought the lol, and the lol won.

I never met Dogmeat when I played, so I'm sad I missed out on such an emotionally important character. I have no idea how I missed him since everyone else seems to have gotten him at some point, but I never even had a chance to get him as a companion. I was almost done with the game before I remembered I was supposed

@Janxer: Damn it! I was also going to say he looked like a long-lost Jackson sibling. Or Billy Dee Williams's son. Seriously, I think that weapon looks sexy just because he's holding it. I think in the game Quark should hand it to you with the words, "Who loves ya, baby?"

Jesus Christ, did anyone else get swept up by that music like I did? I'm very glad they credited who made it. Mr. Borgir, I'll be looking for more of your work in the future. The gameplay looked very old-school, but that score made the whole thing seem so much more epic. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go put this

FF VIII has always been my favorite of the series, and the only one I ever came close to finishing (they all got to be too much work for me after a while). I love micromanaging the equipment and magics and tactics from battle to batter, I loved the more realistic-looking characters, and I loved the more plausible plot

And the boss music just immediately popped into my head. :) It's more simplistic than I would like but I don't care, they have my money. *opens wallet*
