Btw it finally got released from DVD/Blu-ray hell and they just re-released it this past summer.  You can spend a few bucks and get it from itunes or you can get a blu-ray/4k copy for an absurd amount since the company that made them only is doing it once and they sold out pretty quickly.  

The question says “cheesy” and “racing.” “Rad” is cheesy, and about racing. It counts.

TL;DR

I still can’t get over the design of this thing. So many questions. It seems like it’s only so tall because of the weird design, and that the stand is required to keep the thing from falling over on account of its long, slim footprint. It’s an awkward machine.

Plus, I’d rather take a new Z that’s secretly an old Z rather than a new Supra that’s secretly a BMW Z4.

I like the idx. Why won’t they make it?

Seeing the Z and the Supra side by side really makes it obvious that the Supra is a bit of an overwrought mess. The Z is refreshingly simple and straightforward. I don’t care if it is a heavily reworked 370z. I like it.

Looks really great but I feel like if they shortened the front lower lip a bit it would look better. It would look more similar to the Z’s where the part that stuck out the most wasn’t the bottom. Like, right now the front end resembles an angled S starting from the hood but it would look better as a < shape.

I’m reminded of a “The Last Samurai” thread from the old days of IMDB message boards. It started with the title “As a real life samurai, I have a few problems with this movie.”

Here’s a year by year breakdown, showing 5-9% increase every year for the last few years. Even without the month-by-month context for 2020, there were 4,432 guns found in all of 2019. So assuming they appeared evenly throughout the year and regularly in the passenger population, we’d get 369/month.

Of course they are killing the Fit. It’s a car that fills the needs of 94.3% of America so no one is buying it. As for getting rid of the Accord manual... Eff everyone who talks the talk but doesn’t buy manual transmissions.

So, the solution is to just let racists have a symbol? To just gain ground over something that has been universally used to say OK for who knows how long?
