buy good ones, mine is almost as fast as the new fast charging adapters, its all about the amps. get something higher than 2 amps and you are good to go.
Buy better ones :) Anker’s line has models with Power IQ, Quick Charge, and USB-C Power Delivery, and those should cover any speed-charging bases.
It comes down the the difference in tongue weight requirements and max allowable speeds. https://oppositelock.kinja.com/tow-me-down-1609112611 Long story short, US tow ratings are based on going much faster than allowable in Europe.
European ratings don’t cross the pond. They tow in a completely different manner that doesn’t work for our trailers and roads.
Lack of marketing, lack of marketing staff that know how to market this car, lack of dealer inventory/ floorplan, etc, etc, etc.
Europe has lower speed limits for trailers.
I’m not taking Brooner’s side, but I fail to see how a twenty-odd year old sexual assault conviction is relevant to this matter...
Roadside assistance. LOL.
SH-AWD ALL the things!
This is one thing the new Corolla hatch actually got right. I hate to admit it, but that car will be on my shopping list. (4x Mazda owner here)
Did this guy really line you all up to recommend a Miata and everyone of you failed to recommend it? How more perfect can his needs be that Miata isn’t the answer?
Of the available PHEVs, it’s definitely the closest to an EV. Both in technical design and in operation. The Clarity, Niro, and Ioniq will turn on the ICE even with a charged battery. I believe the Prime, Fusion Energi, Pacifica, and Outlander PHEV can run in EV only but their range is less than the average US miles…
I think of all the US car makers, Hyundai is best positioned. They tend to be a little sedan heavy, but they do have a decent CUV lineup too. But they also have a small lineup of hybrid and electric cars as well, “just in case”.
They are indistinguishable, but they look pretty good. I can’t remember ever thinking the corolla or hondas looked good, even when new
This thing. The new Jetta. Some of they Hyundais, Hondas, etc....
I’ve never even heard of a fucking dress code at a mall.
