I thought it was pretty obvious that Saul made a copy of the tape.  It would at least introduce the benefit of the doubt in the mind of Nazir that the CIA has no proof.  But still, he's highly compromised.

Yeah I said as much last week.  It stretches believability that they'd really work with him.  But what they don't know and what we know is that he hit the button.  He tried to set off the bomb.  If they knew that I doubt things would be going the way they are.
