Just caught Grizzly Bear on the final show of their tour at The Greek Theater in Los Angeles.  Excellent show.

I wouldn't really put them in that category of bands at all.  Maybe they occupied the same critical space and time but they're completely different, musically.   Their best album by far is the second ep.

Two Thousand is the album that came to symbolize the beginning of the end of a very long term relationship of mine.  It's been 4-5 years since that happened, but I still can't listen to it.  I ruined it.
