I think he meant the parents OF the prankster. As in, if their son is so immature that he'd swat, then it's their responsibility to keep him from playing such games.

I love the reaction of the kid at the 1:50 mark when they mention chat rooms - "Little did they know about the pedophile behind the screen". He is the perfect example of why every story about kids being lured into some dangerous situation by "The Internets" is mostly BS put out there by parents who both fear
