Or maybe you do know a youtuber that did that, and you just don't know that they did it.

Makes 4 million, or has a company revenue of 4 million? I don't know the numbers, but it's quite likely that's revenue and he still has to substract stuff like travel, marketing, and personnel wages. Mind you, I'm pretty sure he still makes a nice living, but it does matter.
I didn't say anything about creepy. I just said not human.
I don't follow you?
It's also not very nice to ignore a man's billion dollar breakthrough and tell him to sod off for three figures. I'm not saying to patent the bits you did at your job. Just the ones that you did at home.
Well there's no redbox nearby, but there's a good old DVD rental 15 minutes walk away. Netflix scarcity probably has a lot to do with me living in Europe, but I don't really care about that; if it's not available here normally I'll just find another way around. Mind you, I still haven't torrented a movie since…
Sorry I misread that part. I thought Nakamura appealed because he thought 20+ was excessive. Still, though, he didn't end up with 180 bucks, he ended up with 50.000 times that.
It's not cutting corners. 426 is well below 500 watt, and that's the recommended outcome of the calculator; the minimum they give is 376. That's one-third of the capacity as a safety margin.
My point isn't the technical limitations. My point is that many concepts never make it through because of practical reasons or shoddy implementations. Dvorak is massively better but people don't want to go through the effort of changing.
And Adobe doesn't even have internally universally consistent GUI elements yet... =/
Yeah, no.
40% chance at 0.5 seconds though, so with shadowblade/cuirass/mjollnir you still have the effect on pretty much all of the time lategame. It just makes it so you can't fuck people out of their channeled shit by rightclicking them once.
Gee whiz. I hope that I can also play it on my next-gen PC if I were to buy it for my current gen PC.
Last time I checked, humans didn't have tails. Or antlers.
Just keep in mind that that video is what this video is for Microsoft:
Aaand if you read beyond that, he later got several millions, and turned down many more millions.
He could file for a patent based on their patents. Then work out a royalty scheme.
They're less than $5 apiece nowadays? Also, you can just take them along to your new house =P
They're also not showing the 500 and 700 series.
Not a great idea. You'd spend 4 times the money/power/heat/space of the mobile chip, and get only about 150%~200% the performance of a desktop card. 4 way SLI doesn't nearly mean 400% performance. And that's assuming your software even utilizes the 4 GPU setup; many don't, many don't even support 4 CPU cores yet.
