Even though he’s probably one of my favorite Starcraft characters, I think after Fenix died twice, there’s no bringing him back.

I get the impression that they made two different sorts of games:

An easy, casual campaign and a hard campaign to reflect the increasingly divided fanbase Post-Awakening

I think the pricing is such that you can buy the physical cartridge, then the other two campaigns as a lower-priced DLC. [relative to buying a new physical Cartridge].

If you want both cartridges, it probably is a good idea to go for the apparent full package which was ~$80 for both games with the third campaign thrown

This used to be the idea behind “Expansion Packs” and the pricing is following the same model.

Admittedly, if you look hard, you’ll find those dishes that are vegetarian, but definitely not the most popular ones.

Yeah, I think they're specifically called "microfigures" in contrast to the normal-sized minifigures. You can read the different categories in the description. and the top view shows what the tiny piece looks like.
