Harder to watch than any other Piers Morgan interview? I don’t know a single thing about this guest, but a 54 minute Piers Morgan interview is already impossible to watch. A 54 second interview would be unbearable.

Because The Office has gotten so enormously popular with younger viewers who’ve discovered it on streaming years later, I feel like people forget just how irrelevant the show had become when the last two seasons were on the air.

The new show is just 22 minutes of Gleeson and Impacciatore scowling at each other and growling, respectively, “Italian...” “Irish...”

So it’s not about a watery tart distributing swords?  Pass.

The movie seems more The Big Lebowski than Chinatown — a mystery story where the detective is a bedraggled, amiable loser in LA.  And The Big Lebowski is also a meandering movie that tends to elicit a “WTF am I watching” reaction on first viewing. But it grows on you in a way that The Poolman seems unlikely to do. 

Did Kendrick really start all this “nonsense” with a few Drake-directed barbs in a guest verse on a single song from a Future/Metro Boomin’ album?

The markers match those on a map indicating sex offenders. Lamar’s song doubles down on well-known rumors that Drake pursues/dates underage women, and the art corroborates that theme.

This is such a great movie, and I only learned about it thanks to reading that AVC 2008 Year in Film article. Firefly memes aside, learning about stuff like this was the best part of the old AVC.
