Is this on Kotaku because it mentions Discord and Minecraft? This feels like fodder more intended for Jezebel.

Short answer: No. Which negates the need for this entire article.
With all the Amazon layoffs, how many could this have saved? $20mill a year seems like a lot of people.
“Hey, he stole my line!”
And this is a story on Gizmodo why? Seems more like trashy AV Club fare.
I don’t get it—is the breast pumping empowering? Is it just odd to include? Is she supposed to be just too darn busy that this was the only time she could take a selfie?
Wow, must be a slow news day. Kotaku is covering water guns. Wow.
Big LEGO fan here, but I’ll skip this one. There have been so many X-Wings already even the UCS designation and scale isn’t enough for me. Especially since this is the second one...
I’ll watch it because I’m genuinely curious about some of the details (though I’m sure they will be tinged with Hollywood-ness). But is this one of those movies where “Jordan” is never shown except in grainy slow-motion shots, odd angles meant to never show a face, that sort of thing?
Something about this says it is all fake and nothing more than a publicity stunt, or an attempt to pump up the market. I’ve seen it time and time again with things like card shows where collectors purportedly shell out stacks of hundred dollar bills in what look to be staged videos to build hype.
I don’t have a dog in this fight, but I’m legitimately curious where those estimated 13k jobs are going to come from.
Hey, AV Club, no one wants to look through 40 slides.
Not all white people support Clark’s behavior. I don’t care if it is “part of the game”, it it still unsportsmanlike. It sucks that she can’t take it, but it’s also unfortunate that the media is making a bigger deal out of Reese’s behavior.
Lol, this poor excuse for a story is just a recap of three separate articles from the past week or two.
Galactus?
Let’s all be honest, DeSantis clearly overstepped his abilities, but Disney should not be allowed to have such control over their “district”. There is a sweet spot somewhere in the middle.
This is actually the only thing announced in recent memory I am actually looking forward to. In retrospect, Secret Invasion should have been the end game all along, as opposed to being teased in something that came so relatively late (and practically a one-off) as Captain Marvel.
OK Jezebel writers, the commentors have spoken and are generally siding with Paltrow. Can we please stop trying to make new “stories” out of this because Paltrow is a rich white woman?
I personally feel like Anderson peaked early with Rushmore, though his next two follow-ups (Tenebaums and Like Aquatic) were not too far behind. Ever since, his films have been a series of diminishing returns for me. I’m not sure I “get” the plot of this one, but call me crazy—Tom Hanks just feels like he doesn’t…
Agreed. There is a tipping point for completionists who gotta have them all where they wake up one day and go “Nope, only the hard to find ones for me”. That tipping point was likely during a couple of years ago and, well, it just takes some time for corporate spreadsheets to catch up.
