I get where you’re coming from, but I think the author is trying (and failing) at humor and, as others have mentioned, attempting (poorly) to lampoon publications like E!. Unfortunately he’s just not funny enough for the job, so it falls really flat, and comes across instead as offensive and trite.

I have to say, something about him becomes so very doughy when the facial hair and long locks are stripped away. I watched the trailer for this new film and was incredibly underwhelmed with him as a romantic lead. :-\

Huh. I’m a francophone American who has visited and lived in Paris (not extensively) and I can’t say I’ve ever felt this way about the city. It’s one of my favorite cities in the world, and I feel extremely comfortable while there.

It's often an adverb (She's batshit = adjective, She's batshit insane = adverb), so "batshittery" is its noun form. ;)

Not seeing it. Read the article and come back with a rebuttal, or feel free to link to a thought piece if you can find one. I’m not convinced that playing with grammar and language is inherently racist, nor do I think that the meme is attempting to ape Japanese-language speakers’ use of English.

I mean, I don’t think so—it’s a playful use of language. I think the humor is in the delight of the bad grammar: the doge constructions are pretty much all the same, and consist with mismatching adverbs with nouns, which for some reason sounds pretty funny. This link explains the linguistic appeal.

This...completes me. I thought I’d seen all the doges I could see—that the best doge jokes had already been made. I was wrong.
