Marvel’s strategic approach to their tv/film has been spot-on and it’s not far removed from the comics. The comics are basically “here’s this circumstance we see normally, now let’s put a superhero in the mix” because without that order, it’s hard to relate to the comics.

There tends to be interest, it’s just a matter of how it’s handled. To an extent, brats get some of the culture of their parents’ branch in their blood. It’s all a matter of how they react.
