I hope we get some variation on the first game and maybe first movie’s setting. I love a good “haunted house” movie.

Santa Clarita Diet was brilliant. Still pissed they cancelled that one. What a cast.

Surely Netflix could have given Santa Clarita Diet a 90-minute special to wrap it up, or maybe not let it end on a fucking cliffhanger.

The cancelling of Santa Clarita Diet stopped any belief in their business model. That show was one of the most interesting sitcoms of the last few years, and the last show to do anything interesting with zombies but it still got canned just as the show’s world got larger.

I don’t know about anyone else but I’m less likely to start watching/bingeing a show if I know it doesn’t have a satisfactory end, and even less so if it ends on an unresolved cliffhanger. I’m also less likely to recommend it someone else, or rewatch it.
But Netflix seem to keep doing it, even before COVID. It’s just…

There is cancellation and there is postponement.

Oh come on! You already decided you were gonna give them a 4th and final season. It’s a critically acclaimed show. The 3rd season ended in a place where you need more. Why can’t you just put it on hiatus?

I honestly don’t know why anyone would get into a non-limited Netflix series at this point.

Macabre jokes aside, this seems like a lame excuse. If people like the show they’ll come back to it. 

Boooooooooooo, Season 3's finale was the only one that doesn’t work as a satisfying ending in the case of a premature cancellation.

I dunno, Pontius drinking the horse jizz was pretty bad.
