I’m finding this whole thing more and more interesting. On its face, “Director/studio re-edits movie” isn’t even news. But there’s a lot of resources being sunk into this project, all for a movie that’s going to be released directly to a streaming platform.

Doing reshoots for a director’s cut is just cheating.
