Whoa whoa whoa, What’s this about a Gremlins prequel? Is it cartoon or 3D animation?

“ I didn’t eat half the people I ate.” - Cannibal Yogi Berra

Grest, another one of his albums for me to actively ignore!

But IF it were The Lighthouse... would the culprit be Willem Defoe or Robert Pattinson? I'm going with Defoe.

I wanted to suggest "Good Boys" but forgot the name of it when I responded before. But the fact that it's entirely possible that The Lighthouse opens that way is hilarious.

But he did climb into a fridge!

People watch the show because it’s funny. The learning from diverse opinions is a nice touch. But putting the onus on them as an educational show is like holding the Daily Show to the same standards as The NY Times.

I'm glad someone agrees it was blown out of proportion.

Which movie was that?

So the pan character was more “woke” and talked down to everyone not as “woke” as her? Seems like majority of the internet to me. Art imitates life. Anyway, I agree with your explanation and agree with the other commenter that the pan and bi characters should have conversed, but it seemed blown way out of proportion.

I have to check out these HBO Watchmen wikileak document dumps and fall further down this comic-adjacent rabbit hole.

Yeah I hear you. For some reason I thought I could get through to them. Like Homer Simpson says, "the lesson is: Never Try."

Cue Jessy and the Rippers' cover of "Jailbreak"...

It’s almost like Canada is a reimagined/"remixed" America.

They’ve done some incredible work lately. And the amount of soundtracks & projects they’re appearing on has been growing.

It’s highly unlikely given some info other ppl have mentioned from the writer interviews, but overall I find it to be an intriguing theory. Don Johnson’s character is a little too confident to be Nite Owl II, but being a “remix” sequel could allow for curve balls like him doing coke. I don’t think he’s Nite Owl but I

I thought it was established in the original and Before Watchmen prequel that Hooded Justice and Dollar Bill were secret lovers and Hooded Justice was a big German guy? Unless this is where the "remix" aspects come into play.

It’s not an “officially sanctioned by the author” sequel, but in what world does something take place in the same world, and follow the same story, just at a later time, not billed as a sequel? I've also heard it described as a "remixed" sequel but regardless you would still want to at least be vaguely familiar with

I think what many people lately mean by political they actually mean extremely partisan, as only one side is good and the other has absolutely no redeeming qualities. By that standard I agree it is sad, but understandable given what Limbaugh, Gingrich, Fox News, Alex Jones, & Trump have caused over the years.
