I'd say that in the comic they hit an in the park home run with Negan's appearance issue, and this episode was in danger of being thrown out at 2nd base.

The narration really made me think less of the film. It made me miss the "In A World…" narrator guy. Anyway, the film looks ok. I still need to read the book first, I think.
