I actually like Love and Thunder just fine, but unless you’re talking about Reservation Dogs, I don’t think 2022 was the year of his last well-received property.

I think we just got a little too much of him too quickly - the Lin Manuel Miranda effect - but I still have soft spot for his work. I’m assuming it was killed off during one of Zaslav’s various pillages, but he was great as Blackbeard in ‘Our Flag Means Death’ and I’d love to see him in a second season.
I kind of feel like people all decided to turn on him because they leaned into his worst impulses for the last Thor movie and went too far with it. It doesn’t make his earlier better films crap, too.
I don’t ask for much, but I’d really like it if this guy’s Star War never gets made.
Can you call it 15 minutes when he first put out a well-received property in 2014 and last did in 2022? He’s a talented director, even if you’re sick of hearing about him.
I want to know how much money Kim asked for to appear ever so briefly.
Literally phoned it in. HAAA!
I’d be all for a show about producing this show.
Im all for the pettiness, its far more enjoyable then the real show.
Samantha is definitely a character I think would age gracefully.
Carrie: The devils coming for ya.
Everything I know about Mark Hamill leads me to assume he’s just a really good guy.
Yeah, and at this point if they AI’d Shatner the hardest part would be training it not to pause-talk like him. :)
I quite enjoyed the Obi Wan series. Ewan and Hayden were good, the story was fun.
Allegedly the Game of Thrones showrunners pitched a trilogy set in The Old Republic that was insanely good. They had put a ton of thought and effort into it, and a friend at ILM who was there for the pitch said it was the best Star Wars thing he’d ever seen.
How about, maybe, just maybe, telling stories set in the Star Wars galaxy that have nothing next to nothing to do with the OT at all? It’s a literal galaxy and everything revolves around like 10 people.
Just retire the OT already. Disney could’ve KOTOR’d this whole thing and created a whole new and distinct saga a millennia apart from the first story. Star Wars could’ve been a proper anthology, but nooooo, we gotta keep dragging nostalgia into this because Rogue One or some such.
“One thing you learn working for Lucasfilm: everything is confidential,” Hamill said. “So, if I were involved, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. And if I were not involved, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. So, I don’t know. We’ll all find out together, I guess.”
Please GOD can they just recast. The zombie face is fine for 2 minutes max, it's just gross otherwise. Imagine if the Paramount+ Trek shows had digital young Shatner-it'd be awful!
