I didn’t care much for the first one at all but I’ll still see this for whatever minor action entertainment and potential minor MCU/Spider-Man references appear. I'm still holding off on several DCEU movies though. The Suicide Squad might break that no-watching streak.
He wasn't calling anyone a slur, he was referencing an episode that called bikers that. The "you" was the general you, if you ride a Harley.
Apparently a lot about the show goes over a lot of people’s heads. Like thinking they want us to keep using the slur “f*g” when it’s really using the language that bigoted bikers use and would not like to be called. It’s insane to think that every character is a moral compass, and to think that Stan and Kyle, pretty…
she's out of this world.
I’ve had issues with AV Club comments sections over the years, from whatever was before Disqus, then Disqus, but Kinja is annoying, so much so that I updated my new burner account name to include the line “Absolutely hates Kinja.” It was bad that my accounts always got deleted when AV switched comments platforms, but…
The description makes it sound like it's a sequel with an extended flashback and goes back and forth between the two. Which isn't as terrible as a straight prequel.
Hoping for the best, Bob is a legend. Also, if they wanted to go over every project, they could also include his book "A Load Of Hooey" and his supporting actor role in Nebraska. I hope when he gets out of the hospital, we get a big "S'all Good, Man!" thumbs up.
I watched it on Kodi. I’ve seen most of the MCU movies in theaters, but this one i stayed home for 2 reasons. Black Widow is already dead. It’s pretty self-contained and didn’t affect anything else in the MCU besides a post-credits scene. Also, I didn’t want to hassle friends to go see it during a pandemic. Marvel…

I think he means because the ending was terrible.
Thanks for recommending that, I haven't heard of Inside No. 9 (or only heard of it in passing & forgot). I still love Black Mirror & think most of the episodes are pretty great. I'll look forward to catching this on KODI soon.
Sounds like you disagree with the entire concept of license agreements, which agrees to allow developers to do all that stuff you hate. I understand many of gripes of post-release edits, but the real beef is with those agreements.
Oh totally 100%. I was just showing an example of how all of these Republicans now trying to sound sane & on the side of science are failing, & that even if Trump joined them, the damage is already done. Too many are down the anti-science, conspiracy rabbit-hole and not many will come back. It sucks.
I love Willow more than LOTR. Stop calling me crazy!
I hear that but Trump has also done/said other things that people disagreed with, some of the followers whine about it and still love him for the things they do agree with. Trump telling people to get vaccines will only affect a small portion of his base. The majority will just say “the Deep State got to him.”
I quickly read this as "I only have carnal knowledge of Eric Clapton" and was very bewildered for a moment.
the head Vampire in Blade? Or Daybreakers?
I was going to say that’s Dan Aykroyd as the 106-year-old judge, Alvin Valkenheiser from Nothing But Trouble. (Which is basically what Vigo turns into at the end of Ghostbusters II.)
