Back when I was 16, I was living on my own, so I went to trick or treat at the local college area. I got a lot more than candy, and to be fair, some of those kids knew me from around the area, and gave me actual food, which I needed. It was really heartwarming to me, that even these college kids were all really kind.

We never get Trick or Treaters ever anymore. I live in a big apartment building, and put out a giant bucket of candy, too. Over the years, there have been less and less.

I always shower at home. I have the additional complication of working out while trans. Even if I’ve had surgeries, my scars make it easy to figure out with the media spotlight on us these days.

When I gave noisy toys to my sister in laws kids, I bought good batteries and super glued them in because her go-to was to remove them.

Wait. Your point was what again? To troll someone with disparaging remarks, or end up with mocking sarcasm pointed at you? I’m not sure which.

Or I have really good friends that love me, and are totally cool with it. If it’s consenting on all sides, it’s no pathological.

The kindest thing my friends do for me is let me have them on Find My Freinds. I have a bit of an anxiety thing, and just being able to see them, and know they are there really makes me feel loved, when i’m In a bad head space day.

Wow that takes me back. When I was young, and looked like a girl, I stayed in a lot of flop houses like that. Slept in beds with others, etc.

I’m not sure. I could go either way. I lived in a lot of those flop houses as a teen and early adult. We had folks that were non-sexual. We had folks that were straight edge. If the scene is still like it was when I was a kid, there was a lot of room for individually going at life in very different ways.

You can have that one. Hard pass! :)

Might not be so bad if the twin has a nice haircut, and looks cleaned up. He might not look so much like a twin to the wreak of a human being up in the picture up there.

Xander told Buffy that when Riley was cheating on her with a vamp, and was leaving to go reclaim his manhood, that it was all Buffy’s fault. Xander was a quintessential “nice guy”. I can’t see him as being a good guy.

My first thought was Mr. Mom as well. That was less pointed about the husband being a dick though. He was clueless, but they obviously were still happy to be together. This one shows the husband as a much darker user and asshole.

A lot of predatorily guys gauge the audience, and after a few test statements and jokes, simply don’t act up around you if they know you aren’t cool with it.

OMG this happens to me. I used to be a psych nurse in my previous life. I can keep a child alive until the parent comes backs, yet some folks act shocked.

The condescension that sometimes comes with new parenting. Yeah, I chose not to have children. It’s nice they have suddenly found themselves responsible for a new happy little life, but that doesn’t mean other people don’t have problems as well.

I don’t agree with this advice. It puts the onus on those people attacked by these people to avoid services that they can benefit from.

Girl Scouts. Always go Girl Scouts.
