I make that point in a couple of other replies, PVP/competitive modes breeds toxicity in a way co-op modes just don’t.

MMOs have plenty of PVP, and that’s where the majority of the toxicity is lol.

I’m gonna need some actual examples there, because in my ~30 years of gaming I’ve never experienced even a fraction of the toxicity I do in PVP in any cooperative game mode.
