NP just for the insanely-cool factor. Disclaimer: this is one of those “NP but not for me, just for someone else” votes. I mean, if I had a crap-ton of money to waste on cars, I’d pay that. I do not, in case that wasn’t clear.

Except the photo didn’t post. So nevermind.
What that means to me is an excuse to post this painting I did recently. Espada wheels are cool.
I know it’s not quite as square as this version, but I’m currently daily driving a ‘92 Grand Marquis (yes, it was an old lady’s car). It floats on a cloud and I can fit all of my band’s PA equipment in it. And with dual exhaust and Mustang rims I think it actually looks pretty good.
Biggest NP in a while. I mean, how can you go wrong? There are five of them. Five. I would pay that much for two or three.
Sure there are a few flaws, but God....it’s so.....brown and beautiful. I seriously want to buy this one. I wonder if he’d trade straight across for my Triumph Bonneville....
NP all day. All the wagons are belong to me.
That van. That sweet, sweet van. May I offer you my soul in exchange for one of those? Preferably brown?
Good times. Also reminds me of the Dodge Diplomat my girlfrend’s parents had when I was in high school. Somehow I managed to lay rubber while I was driving it and my girlfriend’s little sister ratted me out to her parents. K-car rebellion, man.
No brainer NP. Even if the gamble on the “issues” doesn’t pay off, you’ve still got a badass brick to park in your driveway/yard while you figure out your next move.
I wholeheartedly agree with and endorse this post. All y’all who talk big about V8s and shit, it’s time. (No, I’m not getting one - because I can’t afford it - but I know some of you could.) These are great cars. Especially if you can get one at a discount.
I was kind of excited about this truck until I read that it has both engine and transmission problems. WTF. Nope.
I wanted one of these so badly. I remember my dad actually went and test-drove a new one and came back talking about freeway entrance ramps and third gear and 85 mph and such. For the time, a very cool car. Ford’s good at that sort of thing, mostly.
I like weird little cars, but I have always thought that this incarnation of the Capri was one of the least interesting vehicles ever made (speaking from an aesthetic standpoint; I’ve never driven one). Boring and ugly in a bad way.
Nah. Cool swap idea, but just...nah. I’ll go $3500.
Hell yeah! My dad bought one of these new in ‘93. Traded in his Taurus wagon on a blue GT. Anyone remember the name of that blue color (the medium blue, not teal)? Anyway, I treasure the memory of when he let me borrow it for a weekend and I (naturally) immediately buried the needle just to see if it would.
Amazingly well-preserved. Like, wow. Can’t quite see going to 10k on it, but close.
Aww hell no. A $12,000 LeBaron (K car) with a weirdly placed little circle window on top. Nope. The engine and “pedigree” maybe make it worth twice what a LeBaron would be to me, so.....I’ll give $1,800.
IT DOES.
