Fun story, these mooks were transporting a spring mattress on the roof of their Camry with no twine, ropes, straps, or anything. Just God, gravity, and ONE hand from the passenger.

What the fuck, people.

It got enough press to piss people off, even if Fisher was wrong from the get-go. She wasn’t ranked highly enough, her resume of extra-currics wasn’t distinct enough, her test scores didn’t stack, either. She didn’t make it, as did others.

From the old guard and their new recruits. It’s upsetting that these people feel the need to go to such extreme lengths against people that not only mean them absolutely zero harm, but in an emergency, would probably aid them.

All I know is that his eyes are very close together.

Seems like they were mimicking a similar setup on Range Rovers and other luxury vehicles. But on those others, they have a feature where the p-brake kicks in as soon as the door opens at a stop.

Both situations are overdesigned and actually make things worse. On a safety feature, you want clarity and simplicity. On my

They overdesigned it, just like Range Rover and the others. The thing is, the others have an automated failsafe so at least their bad decision is covered.

On the real, I feel bad for the decent BU employees who now have to answer for shit their leadership did. Ugh.

All while trumpeting the Christian values of their university. That’s the icing on the cake right there.

At least it had a stock. Lots of periphs don’t have those and they’re really good for reducing upper shoulder stress for long sessions.

Hah, yeah. I love TES, but treating ladders as rooms/cells always got a chuckle out of me.

It’s a hate crime that just happens to have all of these other qualifiers behind it. But it’s still a hate crime since the objective was so specific.

A laundry list of factors at play. But what makes it so bad is that despite the FBI level flags, this mook still got his weapons through legal means. Thanks, FBI. Thanks, NRA. Thanks, GOP.

My only worry is how they’ll handle mods that require SKSE, which even if they’re not flashy, are some of the best mods for the game.

Sounds like a lot of things in Texas when it comes to regulation of businesses...

The guy really needs to seek serious help before things get worse. At first it was funny, and by that, I meant when he still had a job, or when people wondered if the best QB was him or Bridgewater.

It would seem that the airframes that the Blue Angels fly might be some of the most comparatively stressed frames in service. They’re older, legacy hornets and they like take huge amounts of stress during training and rehearsal flights.

“You pay for this stadium that we, as a pro-sports organization should have money for, based on TV deals, video game licensing, and any number of merch deals! You’ll get more real jobs, somehow. But if that doesn’t work out, have fun with the urban blight that you’re stuck with for decades!”

I’ll never understand why more don’t get that many business risks are shouldered by the public while benefits are taken by the private owners.

We’ll see. We’ve been understaffed for like 4 years, my ACD just bailed, so now I’m having to try to learn his stuff and keep track of my own with a greater workload than before. It’s a great time.

Depends on the agency you get into. Some do things well for their employees, some don’t. I went in young and found it wasn’t for me. Also watched folks I know get burned so I’m pretty done with looking.

Especially since I found my way into in-house and then non-profit work. Clean conscience work is nice.
