I felt like LOST, Assassin’s Creed (Desmond’s arc), and hell, Attack on Titan suffer from plot twist knot syndrome. They all have a habit of wrapping around themselves so badly that the writers have no remaining plot elements but other twists. No character arcs, just plot twist after plot twist.
