HAHA Giz made a funny!

@MarcusMaximus: I to, am not attacking you. I simply feel that if it wasn't an update worth having they wouldn't have released it. My point is simple: If there is a new software available for a device, then it should be running it, if capable when released.

@MarcusMaximus: How about buying a BRAND NEW device with OLD SOFTWARE??? This puts the user at an immediate disadvantage. The latest software (generally) is just "better". The user/buyer enters the market waiting for an upgrade. Who does that?!

Another Android tablet to add the E-Waste pile. When will companies figure out that: ANDROID ISN'T READY FOR TABLETS?? (Honeycomb has only been demoed. We'll see how it fares when it's released to the public.)

I guess it takes a thief to know a thief?

@blyan is not on fire: You speak of Android tablets I assume? They don't count. Many companies will lose money on those things. HP/Palm has the best chance to compete IMO.

@Ari Schwartz: I agree with you. The difference between 1080p and 720p is negligible to most people. With ATV2 being the latter, Apple did just enough to be relevant.

@OCEntertainment: "Truthfully, most phone manufacturers could skip Gingerbread entirely and the only folks who would care are "fragmentation" decryers and apologists "

Apple got it right: don't try and compete with cable. Compete with the DVD player or input 2.

Looking forward to seeing the first 'real' iPad competitors.

Lipstick on a pig?

@MacBandit: They aren't to YOU. And YOU don't get to decide what DRESS CLOTHES are to the rest of the world.

@MacBandit: My jeans are extremely comfortable actually. And to your point jeans are made to be used in any way the buyer chooses, and I choose to dress my jeans up and look nice in them.

There's dirty and funky:

@CaptainCalypso: They HAD to compete with Apple at any cost IMO.

@Robotronic: I couldn't agree with you more.

The end is nigh for Candroid.

This is dope.
