Sandman may not have that many BIG EVENT scenarios for the effects dept, but what it lacks in that it more than makes up in casual effects necessities that permeate huge chunks of the story. for example, Season Of Mists: no big epic battles or anything… but pretty much the entire setting would require a thick coating…
