I’ll stick with my 8-Track cassette player. Alice Cooper never sounded better.

This.....is a good point.

Just buy an older car that doesn’t have all these goofy things? I am so sick of replacing sensors and cannot for the life of me get my ABS light to go off on my newer vehicle after my last brake job. My older car gives me no nonsense and I can literally hear or feel if something is going wrong and fix it before it

I believed the one-push propaganda until the light at an intersection I cross twice a day started to behave erratically, some times not changing at all and other times requiring several pushes to function. I complained to my town’s department in charge of such things and nothing changed until the day I saw workers

“Why wait for a green light? It seems safe enough to my untrained eye, I could fit even 2 cars in the gap between those cars and large trucks going 40 miles per hour! And screw the other direction of traffic waiting for their green light, so what if the light I’m walking on turns red before I reach the curb!

One of my oldest friends got a jaywalking ticket, at 3rd & Pike. He asked the officer why he was getting a ticket for safely jaywalking when the three men across the street openly (no paper bag) enjoy some Mickey’s Ice tall boys? Cop told him it was because he would actually pay the ticket.

You must also be the type that is not content to pull up behind the painted line at an intersection and wait. Instead, you must inch forward at least a few times, using your vehicle to intimidate the red light until it relents and/or you are halfway through the pedestrian crosswalk. Only this specific ritual will

The bored 12 year old in me kinda wants to see armed Amazon drones shooting it out with armed Google drones.

This drone delivery stuff is purely trolling or a fun distraction for these companies.

Well, the ramifications of shooting down a drone are probably quite a bit less than assault with a deadly weapon, which is what you would probably get from shooting a delivery truck.

We’re sorry, we can no longer deliver by drone to your area due to the red neck neighbors shooting drones down.

“nice drone ya got there.  Be a shame if sumpin’ wuz tah happen tah it.”

This is great, as if my neighborhood isn’t annoying enough with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon prime trucks coming through 12 times a day each, now throw in drones buzzing in and out dropping off more crap that people are too lazy to go somewhere to get themselves.  I hope this never gets approved to come here.

Roughly 1 minute after they start doing this in the US.

Two words, Net Gun.

They are going to get shot down for FUN.

With raptors frequently attacking drones, how will google protect my pecker protector from getting pecked full of perforations by a bird of prey?

How long before “Drone Bandits” start intentionally crashing the delivery drones with their own drone with the intent of stealing the cargo?

These are going to get shot down for parts by people all over this country. There better be an option to use traditional road shipping if this madness actually becomes a thing.

Highways facilitate trade and trade is good
