They couldn’t, they had already used it as their combination on their luggage.

Glad they didn’t name her 12345.

Gives her child a stupid-ass name.

Maybe don’t name your child something moronic if you don’t want yourself (and your child) ridiculed for the rest of their life. And this from a guy who named his son after his favorite Top Gear presenter.

Pronounced “obesity?” Did I read that right? (Midwesterner)

This woman needs to have her child taken away from her for the child’s sake.

I have the seat in my Mazda 3 raised as high as it will go. (my head will brush the ceiling if I have a hat on.) But if it isn’t that high I can’t see over the damn hood, and I still can’t see the nose of the car.

Nissan makes some of the coolest race cars. Their consumer cars are some of the most boring.

“Simple wide body modification”... yep, that’s all that’s different here. Wider fenders.

I find it pretty annoying that Nissan can design such a cool car, but only make 6 of them.  “Oh, we need a million new Maximas?  Better make them look like shit!”

Door openings are smaller due to rounded bodies, making them harder to get in and out of, especially trying to put a car seat in.

Am I the only one that hates that C-pillar? I hear everyone talk about how “Beautifully elegant it is”....but i don't see it, way way way to much unbroken sheet metal...

“Even the Miata has a reverse camera.”
That’s because it’s a government mandate ..

Sedans aren’t selling because at this point, they’ve designed all of a sedan’s usefulness out of it.

“Mazda told David that the fat C-pillar was purely a design and styling decision”

that actually looks better.

Looks like that lens is exposed, too. As opposed to those fold-away ones that only pop out when reverse gear is engaged. So unless there’s some aerodynamic voodoo keeping stuff from getting all over the lens, it’s going to need constant attention, especially in snowy weather.

It’s actually worse than I expected. I didn’t realize so much of the back glass was fake. Those are some massive borders around the edges.

This is another thing that I’ve often mulled over about the boom in SUV/Crossover popularity. Modern sedans and hatches can be surprisingly cramped feeling and the visibility is often shit. Combined with the sometimes awkward trunk access (the trunk might be spacious enough, but the opening can be downright tiny

Cameras work are merely adequate when the lens is clean. Travel in snow or mud and they’re rendered useless. One has to get out and clean them off before use which is a real joy when the weather is bad.
