I have Bell television in Nova Scotia and have no access to the American version of the Superbowl. The article states that CTV can no longer show simultaneous substitution, therefore CTV cannot broadcast their own ads, that’s the entire point of the article.

Canadian here - every single commercial break is literally the same, there is about 8 different commercials and then 5 more for the shitty CTV shows, it’s painful to watch so many commercials on repeat, i usually mute it or if im at a bar go take a piss at every opportunity.
