If you went into a bar in Scotland and simply asked for a 'whisky' or a 'scotch' you would almost certainly be given a dram of the 'house whisky' which will almost always be a cheap blended whisky that has the subtlety of paint stripper.

The worst thing about Watchmen is the way that many 'fans' (Zach Snyder included, which doesn't help) seem to see Rorschach as the hero and Ozymandias as the villain of the story as if it was an ordinary 'noble man solves evil scheme' tale.
