I’d consider switching to Firefox — it it didn’t patch itself with a new update every 30 seconds.

So do these articles actually get a lot of viewers? I just can’t imagine people are dying to read about a new trick in a 21 year old game. Same thing with those “speed run” articles — does anyone really care? (note, I came here just to leave a comment, not read about a 21 year old game)

While I dislike the pay-to-win culture we’re in now — this is not the publishers fault. The fault falls squarely on the players. They kick and complain about these methods, yet they’re the ones spending money on it. As for kids falling for the lootbox trap — that would be the fault of the parents giving them the money…

It’s not like he had to pay them back with interest — all he had to do was return the game into the little slot. I wish my local library would raise their late fees like this.

Personally, I don’t mind paywalls / micro transactions... in general. But for a full fledged $50 game, it’s insulting to have them at all. Either make the core game cheaper, or remove such inane micro transactions.

I love the Monopoly board game, but I have HATED every digital incarnation of it. With all the animations it actually SLOWER to play a video game version of Monopoly than the real thing — and that’s a real shame. I just want to pick up a controller and play a quick game of Monopoly in 40 minutes, and I can’t do that…

Let them have the infinite combo. Every tournament will be filled with Spider-Man players, then the scene will drop off — then the entire MvC esports scene will die. If that’s what the infinite-combo people want, then go ahead and give it to them. They’re not paying my bills, so I don’t give a crap.
