Still one of my favorite stupid movies, and essentially it's because of that quote.

What if we vote for a third party!?

HOW DAAAAAAAAREEEE YOUUUUUU!

A few months after I graduated from college with a communications degree (and having been the Music Director of my college radio station for three years) I applied for a job at a Clear Channel station. I think that's pretty much the pinnacle of me hating myself.

Are you lying to me?

RED LIGHT.

I use the "breach hull" line far too much in every day life. I'm with you, The Movie is one of the best episodes.

Tiny Music is by far my favorite STP album, just a super cool / weird record. I love the guitar sounds and production. Tiny little amps and SUPER hard panning.

"…and Sonic Youth, get out of my cooler!"

Yeah, The New Radicals record is legitimately really fucking good. It's just a throwback 70's AM Gold album dressed up like 90's alternative rock. "Mother We Just Can't Get Enough" and "I Hope I Didn't Just Give Away The Ending" are fucking awesome tunes.

That happened when WBCN in Boston closed down about 7 or 8 years ago. I remember listening for the last couple of weeks where the DJ's just played whatever and it was amazing. Lots of Guided By Voices.

As a man born in 1988 who has a That Thing You Do! tattoo, I have several issues with the article:
#1: Fuck you "That Thing You Do! is forgettable". Bullshit.
#2: "Regretfully Yours" is a fantastic record, and that album is WAY more than "Sucked Out".
#3: Everyone knows that the Goo Goo Dolls job was to pump out

I agree on Burma except I'd switch out Obliterati for The Sound the speed the light, if just for "1, 2, 3, Partyy!"

Exactly. He stole Pete Seegers powers of immortality. Bruce is now the highlander.

Who is this Christian Jacobs person? I'm sure that you mean MC Bat Commander.

But if we use a graduated tax structure we can give EVERYONE the aid, that's what I'm getting at. Everyone has free health insurance, All children get free lunch in schools, etc.

I'm with you for taxing all income without exemptions or deductions, but a flat tax is a terrible idea.

That's where taxes come in. Increase taxes back to New Deal era levels so that the rich and ultra rich are paying a fair share, as opposed to taxes being higher for the middle class. In that way the rich would be paying more for the colleges that their children would attend free-of-charge. It's the same thing we

With private colleges that may very well be true that adjusted for inflation tuition has stayed the same. They're private for a reason, they can charge whatever they'd like.
