Few random answers

OK I feel after Infinity War’s Empire, Endgame is very much Return of the Jedi for good and ill, probably holistically not as a good a movie but joyful and satisfying. A few random thoughts in no particular order:

Agreed its not ‘amazing’ but its nice to not tie it in.

And none of Nolan’s Batman trilogy were road-mapped, that is not necessarily a bad thing.

The first trailer didn’t help one jot. Poor jokes, terrible British accents, so-so action.

Great trailer, cryptic, and intriguing. Two minor comments, please under no circumstance do the two following justthings just to satisfy nostalgia infected whiny fanboys; retcon Rey’s lack of heritage (a great addition) to make her Obi-Wans niece or something, and bring back Palpatine as being just to have a legacy…

Honestly and no offence butif it bothers you that Brie Larson decided she’d like to contemporise her look and put on some make up, you should maybe think about re-calibrating your outrage levels. Will it mean Larson is any less kick ass? Doubtful.

I’m glad the Jonson movies are still coming TLJ is not perfect but its a fun, handsome and emotionally powerful SW movie and the best since Empire (IMO).
