I agree but I also disagree, i think throwing hundreds of hours into CS:S is pretty hardcore (I guess it depends on the game, plus these people also tend to play a lot of other "similar" games)

Although I had not watched the show, I did enjoy the episode of psych that paid homage to it. I then went and read up on twin peaks and watched the episode again to get a better understanding of some of the more inside jokes and "that was one damn funny" episode.
