Yeah, it sucks. I’m not embarrassed though.. My reviews were higher and more consistent than the managers they kept. It came down to money. I can’t take that personally, it wasn’t a failing on my part. It’s hard not to take it that way...but I’m doing my best. Good luck to you! :)
