I’ve experienced this before and it is a bummer. I was excited to play the IOS Katamari game on my 6+ when i got it, and it’s now unplayable. touch controls are spotty and the motion control is just gone.

Are you playing on PS4? If so, you should be able to save the replay as a video file
(using the built-in capture options), then pop a USB drive into the PS4 to copy it to your PC.

I missed the first batch of Wii consoles that went to the stores and was “that guy” who called my local GameStop on a daily basis, hoping from good news.
