Except God is, at best, fictional and, at worst, actively maleficent.

That is true, but I think, in context of this discussion, American Libertarianism is what's being referred to.

Nor do you, apparently.

Ah… that's where you went wrong. You seem to think that Liberals are all hippies.

When you break it down by averages, the chances of a Libertarian being an insufferable asshole are quite high, while the chances of the same being said of a liberal are very low.

He is like the Bill Mahr kind of atheist, which is the worst kind of atheist.

There is plenty of evidence to suggest that inhaling second-hand smoke will definitely lead to things that will kill you, and in the case of carcinogens, correlation might actually be causation.

For console games, maybe. Good Ol' Games and Steam often have super-fuckin'-old PC games for sale. Shit, I picked up the entire Shining in the Darkness series last year for like $10, and these were games I played in the late 80s/early 90s.

I have not heard of the consumers of such things being sued, but I do know that many of the ROM hosting sites got smacked down a few years back, though reports vary on whether it was via cease-and-desist or some sort of law enforcement agency.
