Rules aired after late local news on non-Big-3 stations and picked up a lot of viewers in the 45-65 demographic who had never seen it on primetime. As the years go on, the time slots get later and less high-profile.

Part of the cache of "SNL Vintage" is that they're not necessarily the same hour-long edits that are sold to Comedy Central (or VH1 or whomever). Some sketches and music might be in this airing that aren't on cable reruns.

DECADES really doesn't have enough TV-movies to pad out the month, especially not the TV-movies based on TV series.

Given its serial nature, Fox doesn't usually air reruns of Gotham.
