And bring back the Spaceball manual transmission. RWD + manual transmission = I'd have already bought one.
Certainly wins the "most reliable, non-embarrassing V6 daily driver" for under $6K award.
Straight sixes are naturally balanced, they don't require any counterweights or balance shafts to be smooth. The only other configuration like that is a V12 - because it's two straight sixes next to each other. Moreover, they sound more "luxury" to me than a V6, because Jags and BMW's just sound better than Camrys,…
The Linear is the base model (linear = Point A to Point B). This is not. Saabs are an acquired taste, not for those allergic to wrenches or enthusiast forums.
I loathe and despise Tesla. Let me guess - you've never even driven one?
That is a lovely (and very Jalop) ride. I confess an affinity for Saabs (and other defunct brands that can be had for a song if you aren't allergic to a wrench), so I'd go NP on both.
Honestly, what the NSX ends up competing against is the least of my concerns. I never liked the first one (you had to be a fairly well heeled person of lilliputian proportions to enjoy it), but the technology of that car made it's way into a lot of Honda products in the late 90's and early 2000's. I predict the same…
Does the Tesla have enough range to drive down the track and back, or do they have a charging station at the end?
No. I've bought a dozen cars / motorcycles off eBay and sold even more. Offering that guy $10K is a stretch. $8K would be an insult.
Not legal. I'm sorry, but offering just over half what he's asking is not going to cut it.
That coupe is simply gorgeous. No way any other example on this list is going to have lines as nice.
Should be able to find a Lightning 5.4L swapped and/or manual transmission swapped example for that kind of money, too.
400 HP, 400 lbs of torque and drives like a BMW on the highway. It was a great Grand Touring car that was totally mis-marketed.
Can you find manual transmission ones (six cylinder) examples in this condition?
Low mileage 996 convertible with the IMS fix isn't a 356 Speedster - it's imply better in every way, for about the same cost. Try to find one in Zanzibar Orange if you don't think it sticks out as much as the 356.
All white. Huge red circle on the side. a couple USAF symbols with x's behind the front wheel well.
Acura's marketing department is run by Elon Musk.
If it had manual windows and locks, vinyl bench seats, one wheel drive, no stereo or A/C - Musk *might* be able to only miss his promised numbers by 25%.
