Didn't the nukes turn Goose into a diamond buried in the La Brea tar pits, or something?

Suddenly I feel like watching Cherry 2000, Hell Comes to Frogtown, Miracle Mile and Terrorvision again. Granted only one of those movies is actually good, and only the first two really fit the post-apocalypse criteria (as opposed to something like Cyborg II: Glass Shadow), but still…
Miracle Mile's the legit good one

There's even room for basement dwellers like Jason Robards' Lou Craddock character from A Boy and His Dog!

Yep, the little guy with shoes on his knees appeared in between Night Raven and The Bojeffries Saga for awhile. Who knew?

So he didn't "get to win that time"? Huh.

Maybe Archie Bunker's Place?

Yeah, I know what you mean. :)
The "17 tunnels" thing is a reference to an old Tim Thomerson comedy bit from the 70s. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

I love New York based movies made during this era, but can't stand these movies. Guess I'll stick to stuff like Wolfen or After Hours. Or Report to the Commissioner, or Larry Cohen's Q, for that matter.
For anyone who wants to watch a movie like this, but without the fascism, just check out Abel Ferrara's Ms. 45

Then he takes out the entire River Bottom Nightmare Band with poison cannoli.

In its own way, it is as objectionable as stuff like Roberta Findlay's Tenement: Game of Survival.

As bad as these movies are, at least they're not Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects. Why Bronson, why?

He dug 17 tunnels with his face!

See also: William Lustig's Vigilante, starring Robert Forster and Fred Williamson.

Halfsharkalligatorhalfman?

Slowhand Yap was using the Belchers' second bathroom, you say? That thing belongs to Gene and Louise!

Not to be confused with Glenn Beck's Teased Panther cologne.

Maybe playing that "here I go again on my own" song?

I guess they really are "nacho typical restaurant".

Now you must face the wrath of an angry Ornette Coleman!

I'd recognize those jizz hands anywhere - they had a cameo in Silence of the Lambs!
