Other way around. MOST of $25,000 on drugs, gave SOME to friends by his own admission. This whole thing feels like a really temporary win. 

The Inquirer article actually interviewed the guy. He admitted that of the $25,000 they’d already given him in cash, he’d spent most of it on drugs and gave the rest to friends. He says he doesn’t want treatment. A solid audit will show where the money went and if they actually used it for themselves.

Doubt I’d want to see it on every movie, or even more than a handful. I’d consider paying per movie, but not monthly.
