Billion in the long scale - which no one uses - is 1 million million (i.e. 1,000,000,000,000). Even then, everyone gets $4,333.

From what I heard, the inaccuracy is mostly from burst training when the heart rate changes rapidly and significantly over a short period of time. Not sure how true, I don’t have a Charge HR.
