I misread it as “cheese garter” and my imagination went into overdrive. I clearly need more coffee on a Monday morning...

I don’t think this is about enforcement, this is about them covering their own ass when something happens. “But it is against our clearly stated policy!”
I’m sure some would want to try. I don’t believe there has ever been a successful ruling regarding business discrimination and 2nd amendment rights, but I could be wrong.
They can dictate who they choose to do business with. If you have a conceal carry permit, you’re legally allowed to carry. They are not legally required to do business with you.
LOL yeah you go with what is state of the art during design and brace yourself for it :)
From Wikipedia it appears to have multiple 1 megapixel CCD sensors with different lenses and interchangeable filters.
I seem to recall that with SARS there seems to be “super spreaders” who seem to pass the virus to a lot of people. I wonder if it is as extreme with MERS.
Source article says his device is a “violet ray”. Unfortunately there are no photos of the device. A search on eBay shows the antique type that he’s likely using, and a modern one that claims to clear acne.
Me too. And I also had fun wondering if the person was a fan of professional wrestling, or a professional fan of wresting :)
Unless the source article was edited since your comment, they were both acknowledged in the first paragraph. The “professional wrestling fan” and the “ardent communist” are two different people.
I’m typing this on an Acer C720. Not sure how it compares, but I bought mine a couple of years back and suspects it is even slower than this one. It is way more useful than I expected it to be. On vacation I’d leave the laptop at home and bring this instead.

The depression is the result of two major fault lines, but I don’t think it went crack fwoosh.
Oh, c’mon, comrade, don’t stop there. Tell us how 9-11 was a US government plot, and that the FBI assassinated JFK.
Nice ‘shop!
It’s easy to spot the ISS from the ground. Spotting it from the plane is much more challenging since your position is constantly changing and your angle of view is quite limited. Taking a long exposure of the ISS transiting when on a plane - I didn’t even realize that is possible.
Thank you! :)
It does answer a lot. Thank you for taking the time to write out a long explanation. I appreciate it.
In what way does it help? Does it cut down on exposure time to get the milky way? Does it capture more stars? Better color from the stars? Because from the number of exposures required to create this, it definitely doesn’t sound easier.
Actually, I have a separate question - is an astrophotography optimized sensor necessary or better for wide scenic shots like this? I thought they shine mainly for photos through telescopes.
