Most police officers I’ve known have been fairly supportive of people’s 2nd amendment rights. Most police higher-ups have publicly argued against such. (and TBF, a lot of that has to do with the politics of appointments to those higher positions)

I’d argue no other system in the western world. You can easily find pretty severe institutionalized racism in parts of Asia, Japan and China in particular.
