I really and truly hope you're right correct.

This -might- be some small comfort if not for the systematic gerrymandering ensuring overrepresentation of the right in Congress.
This type of writing is an attempt to convey in-person informal communication (which is primarily verbal and physical) into a textual form. Emojis and other types of text-speak make up for the enormous amount of information lost when moving this type of communication to writing.
Yeah, it's nuts. I kinda thought about killing a horse just to see what would happen, but I'm much too emotionally attached to all of them to see it through.
It's horrible to complain about "not enough Earthbound" and then have to admit that I haven't played Undertale.
Very much agree in total and with your specific example. I think Phoenix Wright is genuinely improved by 3D (and 3D is improved by the New 3DS). I was surprised at how much I looked forward to seeing each new location and character animations.
As someone who tends to play games a little by the book, I was surprised to find the special fairy second. I was slightly disappointed to discover that not every fairy is bizarre and different, but overall the experience of finding each fairy is so delightful that my disappointment soon dissipated.
Perhaps because of the overwhelming amount of amazing games available to me (I have yet to pop in my "Take Your Heart" Edition of Persona 5 or finish more than one divine animal in Zelda or…), I felt the need to try to finally finish Earthbound. I'm up to Moonside right now and I can't believe how angry it makes me…
Blame Pitchfork's near-continuous gushing praise of them.
I feel a bit silly for pointing out the obvious but it feels worth it for this extended description.

I despise Reagan, but man that guy could sound presidential. Here's a thought experiment: Check out his Challenger speech (https://history.nasa.gov/re… ) and then imagine Trump's version.
For a while "The Man Who" was my favorite album. I'm not embarrassed about liking it still, but it's hard not to cringe while listening to the chorus couplet:
If 2016 was the year of constant emotional attacks, 2017 seems like the year that keeps picking at those big gaping wounds. Fuck this.
It's just really difficult to be competitive with the wheel. If you are, more power to you. God knows I'm always impressed when I'm soundly beaten by a motion control person online.
Every iteration of Mario Kart has had to figure out how to deal with the fact that the game was pretty much perfection right out of the gate. Mario Kart Wii's additions were either kinda lame (motion controls, bikes) or lamely implemented (shaking the controller for tricks). But really it's the tracks that are the…
Oh, it was almost definitely the right decision at the time, but what I wouldn't give now to be the inspiration to Wesley Willis' unwritten masterpiece "I Stole Some Kid's Sega Dreamcast"

I was young, awkward, and still instilled with my Italian mom's general distrust of humanity so the idea of any random guy sleeping on my floor terrified me. Not to worry though, almost before I could finish saying no he was on his way to headbutting and asking someone else.
RIP. I saw WW play once and at the end of the show he asked to sleep on my floor.
