That’s not what community is. Community is the character-link upgrade system. The term is referring to the community of characters in the story, not any sort of online community. It’s not even a fighting game, it’s a completely single-player RPG.

For those of us who don't have the game could you maybe provide screenshots or like a video? 

I had similar reservations about Red Dead 2 (who is the main character? why do I care about this gang and these characters? I’m not going to like it as much as the first one, etc.)

which is a huge shame imo because the experience is a lot more fun compared to standard gaming. Where as 3D TVs were never actually enjoyable/good imo

There are what, like three different menus in this game? None of which make logical sense in a JRPG, and all of which could have been much more functional and user friendly as a FF style list.
