I dont really mind. Honestly, I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out.
At this point, people complaining about tumblr noses are more widespread and a lot more annoying than actual "Tumblr noses"
It's weird, most critics seem to be disregarding this episode or just thinking it's "average", while a lot of people I've talked to have said this is one of their favorite episodes.
SAW never elevated itself above torture porn.
This was better than SAW because it was more realistic and went for thrills rather than cheap gore. Watching a guy forced to rob a bank is a lot more interesting and relatable then watching some dude having to rip his eye out to escape some insanely complicated death trap.
I think the "troll face" at the end told us all we needed to know about the perpetrators.
These guys aren't doing this out of a sense of justice or morality, there doing it because they can. Their attitude and reasons for doing it are similar to the people who do stuff like "doxxing" or "swatting". Sure they may…
I feel like, out of any episode this season, this is the episode that most represents what Black Mirror truly is about, the worst aspects of human nature being amplified through technology. Not saying this is the best episode this season, but just like "The entire history of you" in season 1 and "Be right back" from…
Thats what I love about black mirror, the fact that a single episode in this show can both be someone's favorite and someone else's least favorite. For instance, while you enjoyed PlayTest (as did I), I've seen quite a few people saying they've hated that episode. I've never seen a show where every episode can be so…
Yo, this was awesome. Can we just have Girard do all of the comic page's from now on.
And now you know… the rest of the story.
I've read it, really enjoyed it. It really shows how no matter what the intentions are, the internet hate mob is never justified.
Okay we're in the matrix, sure why not, I can believe that. What I don't get is why it's so important to get out.
do you have sunshine, in a bag?
I feel you. Russell is a great character and he's really been underutilized since phase 2.
I know you're mocking me, but I got to give you props for being funny about it.
Wouldn't surprise me if they are.
I think they're going to be doing this for all of the band members. So theres going to be a book of 2d, a book of Russell, and so on…
I hate the whole "you have to be stoned to make good art, maan" idea as well. I was just playing off of the original comments joke.
I remember first seeing a snippet of the feel good inc music video back in 2005 playing, of all places, on a video monitor at blockbuster. Freaked me out too. Those five seconds I saw of it stuck with me, and it was a real lightbulb moment when I ended up seeing the music video in full five or so years later.
I think it's more Jamie Hewlett is continuously stoned off his ass.
