Hurr, hurr, hurr Cadillac diluted the V name. They’ve lost my respect!
Great price for reliable transportation, instant CP for aftermarket sunroof that does not look like it’s aging well. Holy poor decision, Batman
This option package is something that I would actually consider getting. Food grade frunk, utility box in the back, beefy suspension, minimalist interior? Sounds like a pretty decent mountain vehicle to me
The world tried to care, but then gave up in short order
I’m really liking Polestar’s design and commitment to sportback hatches. Very underrated car shape IMO
Reverse: I prefer to refer to car driving as “piloting a series of controlled explosions”
Yea, the Model S has had an awesome lifecycle. Very interesting to watch
Tesla’s approach can seriously backfire though, and they’ve frankly gotten fairly lucky. The reason that the older manufacturers spend so much time to make a static product is that screw ups cost a butt ton of money. They can also be dangerous.
Great read, David! But holy cow, reading a long article from this website on mobile is basically impossible. My phone spends minutes upon minutes loading an advertisement after every paragraph.
I’m going to start referring to my Fit as “The Void”. It’s remarkably accurate. I can still make myself smile with those high revs and great shifter, and getting 35 mpg out of a ten year old car does wonders for my wallet
That’s a train if I ever saw one
When C4C originally came around, I actually looked into getting a Ford. Only the “I feel like I’m going to die in the back seat” Fiesta and the (at the time) generation-behind, PoS Focus qualified. If there was an efficiency-focused C4C-V2, guess what?? Ford STILL doesn’t get my money, because what decent, efficient…
I’m guessing an electrified HR-V replacement. The new Fit is basically out, but I haven’t heard anything about it basing an HR-V
It’s Colorado, not New England. Still glad that there's plenty of people out there that don't have much of an idea of how mild the winters are. They don't even bother plowing the majority of city streets
You don’t need more than FWD in the springs. I would argue that the Speed should be dropped for just a normal Mazda 3 though.
Used Honda Accord Sport. ~2010 with around 80k miles
Yea man, engineering is over rated. Not going to solve that problem... Nope
I mean, if only they had a separate brand with little baggage... One that they had... but didn’t kill off...
Man, I called a dealer once asking about their inventory, and the dude made it sound like I was a child. Can’t wait for that culture to die off
