I don’t mind any of these. They’re all good wheels.

I was 50 years old when I bought my first automatic car. I would cheerfully give this comment 900 stars - I have lived in the Northeast Metro corridor and the PNW and I would have had so much more happiness in my life had I owned an automatic.

Weight doesnt matter on a bike to good riders.”

If you’re getting your kicks knocking down the writing in grandma’s Facebook post that’s one thing, but is it so much to ask that (ostensibly) professional writers take a bit more care in their craft?

I don’t like this. I am very left leaning, but this payment for fines / convictions is what they do in North Korea. It pits neighbor against neighbor or even family against family. You live in fear.

The Santa Cruz looks like something out of a Transformers movie. It’s god-awful gaudy and cheap looking to me.

The guy is a joke, and it depresses me how people think he’s some sort of genius.

They’re all video games. Don’t let fanboyism for the minutiae of iRacing color your opinions.

Tesla has clearly been rushing production and cutting major corners for years, but the fanboys STILL think they’re the greatest thing since sliced bread, and “years ahead of the competition”.

The ignorance is unfathomable.

More of the “you just don’t understand it yet” argument from the crypto bros.

I really enjoyed it and the style of racing. Great show from start to finish, need more of this risk taking and less worrying about what the faithful want.

The new recruits here lately have been confusing stunning engineering with the rich people who own them, and that their job should be to cover the vehicle first. Almost everyone who reads Jalopnik already thinks Bezos is a scumbag, piling on is just annoying. Spanfeller’s plan for G/O seems to be to turn it into a

no where as bad as cars from 70s-80.

Looking at the Taxa Mantis Overland that I’ll be in, there isn’t even a television or a stereo. Perfect.

I think about getting an VR rig (even though I don’t have the space for it) and then read something like this and say Nah, I’m good.
