M-Day/Decimation was wayyyy before they tried to make the Inhumans important. That was more due to the fact that the X-Men dominated most of Marvel’s output at the time.
I believe the contract states that they if they go more than 5 years without having something in production, the rights revert back to Marvel.
The Inhumans are done in the MCU since the show failed hard and they’re pretty much done in the comics as well.
Eh, they screwed up the chance of there ever being a solo Hulk film ever again, and they’re the reason the film rights for Namor are a mess.
